1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Domestic Mastering website and services operated by Domestic Mastering (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide professional audio mastering services including Mastering, Stem Mastering, and AI Mastering 2.0. All services are performed digitally and delivered electronically.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment is required before work begins on your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. File Submissions

  • You must own or have proper authorization to submit all audio files.
  • Files must be submitted in WAV format, 24-bit resolution.
  • We are not responsible for files that do not meet our submission guidelines.
  • Uploaded files are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Delivery

  • Standard delivery is within 3–5 business days unless otherwise specified.
  • Fast delivery orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on workload.

6. Revisions

Each order includes one free revision. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original audio content. By submitting files, you grant us a limited license to process and master your audio solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may request permission to feature mastered work in our portfolio.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the result, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

Domestic Mastering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
